How do I Sync My Fitbit to the App?

 

To connect Fitbit to the Transform App:

  1. Go to ME > SETTINGS section 

  2. Scroll down to 'Step Provider' 

  3. Click on CHANGE > Select Fitbit

  4. Log in to Fitbit

 

Once logged in, the program will kick the user back to the ME > SETTINGS page, and the user will see ‘Fitbit’ listed underneath the section.

 

To connect Fitbit to the App if using an iPhone:

 

In order for the Transform app to count your steps on your Fitbit, your Transform app needs to be connected to the Apple Health App.

  1. Make sure your Fitbit is connected to your iPhone (see How to Connect Your Fitbit to an iPhone)

  2. Go to your iPhone's Settings

  3. Find the Health App

  4. Click on DATA ACCESS & DEVICES > TRANSFORM

  5. Click on TURN ALL CATEGORIES ON

 

 

TROUBLESHOOTING SYNC ISSUES:

 

In order for the Transform App to be synced with Fitbit, you must have the Fitbit app opened in the background. You will also want to make sure that the Fitbit device and the Fitbit App are also synced. 

 

If the Fitbit App and device are opened and synced and you still are not seeing accurate steps in the Transform App you will then want to toggle between the different day(s) view. For example, you will select the 30 days, then 7 days, and then back to today. This should get your App to sync the Steps.
