It can do MANY things that standard macro trackers cannot :)
There are two options for tracking your macros:
Option 1: Follow a Transform Plan:
Following a Transform Plan, all of the macros are custom pre-calculated for you to give you the most optimal experience as you progress through the app. No thinking or planning is involved. Every meal on the Transform Menu is already designed to hit your macro goals for the day.
If you look at your planner before auto-suggesting your meals, you will see your target macros and calories for each meal.
If you want to select and track your own foods following a Transform Plan, just touch on the macro icon in the upper navigation bar on the dashboard, and you can select between the custom meals or you can search and add foods from our library of over 850,000 foods! If your weight ever plateaus, Transform will change your macros AND carb cycle if you select to adjust your program.
Option 2: Custom Macro Plan
Set your own custom macros per day. This is ideal for anyone who already has a good understanding of macros or is working with a coach. You can preset three different days of macro breakdowns to set patterns for your week. For example, you can create a low carb day of macros, a high carb day, and a reset/refeed day.
