Carb Cycling is the foundation of our nutrition plans. It is a patterned way of alternating between a high carb/higher calorie diet (to optimize metabolism) and a low carb/lower-calorie diet (to maximize fat loss). Beyond the physiological benefits, it also allows a lot of different foods and meal combinations, to create a Transformation lifestyle around foods you truly enjoy. Carb cycling has actually been used in the fitness industry for decades as a powerful way to positively alter body composition – building muscle and burning fat. We just put a real-life twist on it with common foods and delicious meals, and the results speak for themselves.
