CAN I PAUSE MY APP SUBSCRIPTION?

Unfortunately, our system isn't able to Pause your subscription so that it will delay your next payment.

 

 

However, if you need to pause your workouts due to injury or vacation, you can follow the instructions below:

 

In the App, go to ME > PROGRAM (at the top) >  WORKOUTS > Toggle the button to "Paused."

 

You'll still be able to track meals and stay within your set macros, but your program will stop progressing until you un-pause workouts.
