Transform App subscriptions can be purchased through Apple, Google Play, and our Website. All 3 purchasing methods hold your account information in a different system. If you've purchased your subscription through Apple or Google, our customer service team unfortunately doesn't have access to your account or payments. You will need to manage your app through your Apple/Google Play account.
This includes cancellation and refund requests.
Apple and Google don't offer the same discounts that we offer on our site, so if you're wanting to take advantage of our deals, we recommend switching over to a subscription with our system.
You can update from Apple/Google to our system without losing your account history using the steps below:
- Create a new account on our website using the SAME login credentials that you use for the app.
- Purchase the subscription of your choice.
- Make sure to cancel your Apple/Google subscription to avoid being double charged.
The app will then remain active for the length of your newly purchased subscription.
