WHY DO MY CALORIES SEEM SO HIGH?

They actually are exactly where they should be. And they are designed specifically to put you in a safe calorie deficit for weight loss. Welcome to the new era of sustainable weight loss!

At Transform, we refuse to severely calorie restrict our people. While you may achieve instant gratification with severe calorie restriction, it also leads to muscle loss, metabolic slowdown, and severe cravings.  Most of us can weather this torture for a short amount of time, but it is not sustainable in the long run.

Because our approach is part of the new wave of sustainable weight loss, it is very common to be surprised at the amount of food we initially suggest for you to reach your goals. However, our methods are extremely powerful – both physically and mentally.

Once our formula determines the number of calories your body burns every day, it generates a ‘first step’ meal plan to ensure a calorie deficit for weight loss.

Most people are blown away when they realize that they can eat 2000-2500 calories a day and not gain a pound! In fact, a lot of people actually lose weight during this time.

Here is where it gets cool: As you weigh in weekly, the built-in ‘smart logic’ may suggest adjustments to your nutrition plan, to ‘step down’ your calories and change your carb cycle for continued results!

Eventually, we may step you down to 1500-1250 calories - but only if we need to. In the meantime, we have stepped your body down gently, causing minimal physiological stress and allowing you to eat a plethora of foods – never feeling deprived!
