If you have an Apple iPhone, Apple Watch, or Fitbit, you can connect them to the Transform app in order to track your steps there.
To connect Apple iPhone to the Transform App:
In order for the Transform app to count your steps on your iPhone, your Transform app needs to be connected to the Apple Health App.

Go to your iPhone's Settings

Find the Health App

Click on DATA ACCESS & DEVICES > TRANSFORM

Click on TURN ALL CATEGORIES ON

Then in the Transform App, you will need to go to ME > SETTINGS > STEP PROVIDER > Your device's health kit.
This Health app tracks your steps as long as you have your iPhone in your pocket with you.
To connect Apple Watch to the App:
In order for the Transform app to count your steps on your Apple Watch, your Transform app needs to be connected to the Apple Health App.

Click on DATA ACCESS & DEVICES > TRANSFORM

Click on TURN ALL CATEGORIES ON

Then in the Transform App, you will need to go to ME > SETTINGS > STEP PROVIDER > Your device's health kit.

How to Connect an Android to the App:

Install the Transform App. If you already have it installed, uninstall it, and then reinstall.

Log into your account.

A pop-up will appear asking: "Give permission to allow on top of other apps?"

Scroll down to Transform.

Switch the toggle to on for ENABLE.

Go back.

A pop-up will appear asking: "Allow Transform to access your physical activity?"

Hit ALLOW.

Then in the Transform App, you will need to go to ME > SETTINGS > STEP PROVIDER > Your device's health kit.
ANOTHER WAY:

Go to your Phone's SETTINGS.

Select APPS.
-
Select TRANSFORM.

Select PERMISSIONS.

Select PHYSICAL ACTIVITY.

Hit ALLOW.

Then in the Transform App, you will need to go to ME > SETTINGS > STEP PROVIDER > Your device's health kit.
