This is very common the first few weeks of starting out. If the soreness is extremely painful, then just do your Accelerators / light cardio or stretching instead of your workout until the soreness goes away, or do your workouts focusing on body parts that are not sore!
To help speed muscle recovery make sure you are getting good sleep and staying hydrated (use your hydration tracker!), and you may also try epsom salt baths, cold plunges, light massage, and menthol/CBD rubs.
