- Beginner Bodyweight Weight Loss program, you don't need any equipment except your body. You can train anywhere - at home, in a hotel room, or even in your office break room!
- Advanced Bodyweight Weight Loss program, all you need is a pull-up bar and a box or bench.
- At Home Body Sculpting and Physique Programs, you will need a bench and dumbbells.
- Classic Gym Programs, we do recommend gym access, or at least home weight equipment (dumbbells, weight bench, barbells, resistance bands/loops, etc).
- Cross Training programs, we have a bodyweight program (all you need is a bench and a pull-up bar), and we also offer a full Equipped program (for those with access to functional training equipment).
- SōRA Yoga Program, all you need is a yoga mat or soft floor surface.
- Dance Program, just enough space for you to have fun and PARTY!
