Phase 1 of the Dance Program has 12 weeks. Each week builds on each other, adding one dance combo per week. Week 1 will start out with a warm-up, Dance Combo 1, & cool down for a total of about 11 minutes. Week 2 will have a warm-up, Dance Combo 1, Dance Combo 2, & cool down for a dance workout of about 15 minutes. Week 3 will have 3 dance combos with a warm-up & cool down, and so on and so forth. By week 12, you will be doing a full 50-minute dance workout.
