Each week you’ll be adding a new dance and running through previous ones, as well as starting off each day with a warm-up and ending with a cool down. You’ll also have the option to add additional Tone & Pump Bonus dance workouts if you want to take it up a notch!
By the end of this program you are going to have some real moves!
