We highly recommend you do not choose the Lose Weight goal as the lower calorie plan may affect your milk supply. Please choose the Fit & Toned or Build Muscle goal as this will allow for extra energy your body (and your baby) needs. But again, it is best you speak to your doctor before embarking on any meal plan and exercise regime while breastfeeding.
