WHAT ARE THE WORKOUTS LIKE?

**Depending on your body goals and current fitness level, the workouts can vary from basic postural and mobility exercises to yoga, from classic bodybuilding to fully equipped cross training workouts. Some workouts may be as short as 5 minutes, and other advanced workouts can last up to an hour!**
